New User Registration

Registration is free, easy, and confidential. It allows you to take part in the discussions by adding your own comments and opinions and by asking questions. Simply complete the following form and click on the Register button to submit the form.

By registering and participating in discussions you agree to abide by the operating agreement and policies of the CouncilNet Fora, especially the parts about not using profanity and refraining from personal attacks. If you have questions, please send us an e-mail message.

To help maintain the quality of the discussion fora and to ensure that only people who are serious about the issues being discussed are allowed into the discussion rooms, you will receive an e-mail message from the Council with your initial password. After receiving this password you will be able to enter a discussion fora of your choice. Once you enter a forum you will be able to change the initial password to one of your own choosing.

All information provided in the registration form will be kept confidential and it will not be made available to any other organization.
