Reservation Method:

To make reservations, please call (608) 251-5511 and ask for the group reservation rate (National Council of Organizations of Less Commonly Taught Languages).
The cut-off date for reserving rooms at the special reduced rate is April 1, 2004. Any reservation received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only. All reservations must be guaranteed through a major credit card or deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. You are encouraged to make your reservations immediately.

Transportation:
· A complementary shuttle will be provided from the airport to the hotel from 6am-10pm. (Please use the courtesy phone located in the airport baggage claim area, to notify the driver of your arrival.)
· A complementary return shuttle to the airport will also be available. Guests must notify the front desk of their estimated departure time 48hrs in advance to ensure service.

Interstate 94 East toward Milwaukee will split off at Madison.
Follow Interstate 90 East toward Chicago (6 miles), Exit on to Highway 12/18 West - Exit 142A.
Follow Highway 12/18 West to Park Street Exit (5 miles), Exit north and turn right on to Park Street.
Follow Park Street to Dayton Street (3 miles), Turn right on Dayton Street.
