EXHIBIT BOOTHS & ADVERTISEMENTS

Exhibits

The National Council of Less Commonly Taught Languages provides publishers, organizations and other producers of Less Commonly Taught Language materials with the opportunity to display books, educational materials, software, and other items. All registered annual meeting participants are invited to visit the exhibit.

Exhibit Hours
Friday, April 15: 9 am – 6pm
Saturday, April 16: 9 am – 6 pm
Sunday, April 17: 9am – 12pm
Exhibitor Set-Up: Thursday, April 14: 1pm – 6pm
Exhibitor Dismantle: Sunday, April 17: 12pm – 3pm

The hall must be vacated by 3pm. No booths may begin to dismantle until the exhibit closes at 12pm on Sunday, April 17. Exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment by 3pm on Sunday.

Booth Rental
Each 8x10 booth will be equipped with one 6’ table and two chairs. This year, exhibitors will be provided with a place accessible to a wider audience than last year. The exhibit hall is located on the same floor as the other conference rooms . Exhibitors are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to electrical and telephone connection.

Advertising

Advertisements appear in the Annual Meeting program booklet, which is distributed to annual meeting attendees. The deadline for program advertisements is February 28, 2005. Advertisements may be sent to both Venkatesh Janakiraman (venkatesh@lang.nalrc.wisc.edu) and Sookyung Cho (ncolctl@mailplus.wisc.edu). The best programs to use are Photoshop and Illustrator. Abode InDesign and Pagemaker are also accepted. The prices are for black and white ads. If you want a full-color ad, please add $100.00 to the basic price.

Program Advertising:
$200 Full Page (7 ½” x 9 1/2”)
$100 Half Page (7 1/2” x 4 ¾”)
$50 Quarter Page (3 1/2” x 4 ¾”)

Payment information
Please return the application form with your payment. Make a check or money order payable to NCOLCTL, 4231 Humanities Building, 455 North Park Street, Madison, WI 53706. Since we have limited space available, exhibition space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications received after February 28 th will be accommodated on a space available basis.
