ExhibitsThe National Council of Less Commonly Taught Languages provides publishers, organizations and other producers of Less Commonly Taught Language materials with the opportunity to display books, educational materials, software, and other items. All registered annual meeting participants are invited to visit the exhibit. Exhibit Hours Friday, April 28: 8 am – 5 pm Saturday, April 29: 8 am – 5 pm Sunday, April 30: 8 am – 12 pm Exhibitor Set-Up: Thursday, April 27: 12 pm – 5 pm Exhibitor Dismantle: Sunday, April 30: 12pm – 3pm The hall must be vacated by 3pm. No booths may begin to dismantle until the exhibit closes at 12pm on Sunday, April 30. Exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment by 3pm on Sunday. Booth Rental Each 8’x 10’ booth will be equipped with one 6’x 8’ table and two chairs. This year, exhibitors will have better visibility and better access to a wider audience. The tables will be set up in the hallway in front of the conference rooms and this hallway is the center of all conference activities, so everyone will have access to the exhibition area. Exhibitors are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to electrical and telephone connection. Booth Rental Rates: $650 AdvertisingAdvertisements appear in the Annual Meeting program booklet, which is distributed to annual meeting attendees. The deadline for program advertisements is February 28, 2006. Advertisements may be sent to both Adedoyin Adenuga (adenuga@wisc.edu) and Sookyung Cho (ncolctl@mailplus.wisc.edu). The best programs to use are Photoshop and Illustrator. Abode InDesign and Pagemaker are also accepted. The prices are for black and white ads. If you want a full-color ad, please add $100.00 to the basic price. Program Advertising: $200 Full Page (7 ½” x 9 ½”) $100 Half Page (7 ½ ” x 4 ¾”) $50 Quarter Page (3 ½ ” x 4 ¾”) Payment information Please return the application form with your payment.
