ExhibitsThe National Council of Less Commonly Taught Languages provides publishers, organizations and other producers of Less Commonly Taught Language materials with the opportunity to display books, educational materials, software, and other items. All registered annual meeting participants are invited to visit the exhibit. Exhibit Hours Thursday, April 23: 8 am – 5 pm Friday, April 24: 8 am – 5 pm Saturday, April 25: 8 am – 12 pm Exhibitor Set-Up: Wednesday, April 22: 12 pm – 5 pm Exhibitor Dismantle: Sunday, April 26: 12pm – 3pm The hall must be vacated by 3pm. No booths may begin to dismantle until the exhibit closes at 12pm on Sunday, April 26. Exhibits must be packed and ready for shipment by 3pm on Sunday. Booth Rental Each 6’ x 8’ booth will be equipped with one 3’ x 6’ table and two chairs. The tables will be set up in the hallway in front of the conference rooms and this hallway is the center of all conference activities, so everyone will have access to the exhibition area. Exhibitors are responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to electrical and telephone connection. Two staff members from an exhibit will be provided complenetary conference registration. Beyond two, exhibit staff members will need to register for the confernce. Booth Rental Rates: $750 (Includes two (2) complementary conference registrations for exhibit staff.) AdvertisingAdvertisements appear in the Annual Meeting program booklet, which is distributed to annual meeting attendees. The deadline for program advertisements is February 28, 2009. If you want a full-color ad, please add $100.00 to the base price.
